Description
TEKsystems client is seeking an experienced Personalization & Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of personalization and experimentation across their digital ecosystem. This role will serve as the strategic owner responsible for defining how Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, website personalization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer segmentation, experimentation, and analytics work together to drive measurable increases in customer engagement, digital conversion, and revenue performance across digital experiences.

Top Skills Details
5+ years of experience in Personalization Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization, Customer Experience Optimization or related disciplines
2+ years of experience leading "large corporate enterprise level" personalization programs
Hands-on experience with VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) is required
Experience building and managing experimentation programs including A/B testing and multivariate testing.
Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), audience segmentation, customer profiles, and customer activation strategies.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
