Summary

Lead Data Architect

We are seeking a Lead Data Architect to design and deliver large-scale cloud data warehouse solutions. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on architecting enterprise data platforms, building scalable ETL pipelines, and driving data governance, performance, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain Operational Data Stores (ODS), Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), data lakes, and data marts.
Design and develop high-performance ETL/data pipelines using AWS Redshift, Informatica Cloud, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Python.
Create scalable data models, ingestion frameworks, and real-time/batch data processing solutions.
Lead data governance initiatives including data lineage, catalog, quality, and compliance.
Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support CI/CD automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud data solutions and technical proofs of concept.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of data warehouse/data engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Redshift (preferred) or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
Experience with Informatica Cloud, ETL development, Python, SQL, and OLAP data modeling.
Strong knowledge of data governance, performance tuning, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub), and cloud data architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fintech or enterprise data warehouse experience.
Experience with compliance reporting, business intelligence, and data governance frameworks.
