Summary

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Scrum Master with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. This is a surge position.

The Scrum Master will utilize Agile Scrum principles to ensure work progresses on schedule and achieves the goals of the organization.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Standups and Retrospectives.
  • Facilitate discussions between the Product Owners, scrum teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.
  • Track JIRA tickets statuses, upcoming release candidates.
  • Guide teams in Agile methodology processes.
  • Track and report team metrics and velocity.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Shall have three years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
  • Must be able to demonstrate expertise in being proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.
  • TS/SCI security clearance required

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
