We are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Adobe Sales Specialist to drive growth across the US and UK markets. This role combines strategic selling, consultative engagement, and leadership in shaping digital transformation journeys for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Identify, engage, and pursue new business opportunities within Adobe’s ecosystem (Adobe Campaign, AEM, Adobe Experience Platform, and related solutions).
- Develop pipelines through targeted outreach, partnerships, and demand generation strategies.
2. Consultative Solution Selling
- Engage clients to understand their business challenges, marketing maturity, and transformation goals.
- Deliver tailored Adobe solution recommendations with compelling product demonstrations and ROI narratives.
3. Strategic Sales Execution
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from opportunity identification and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
- Execute structured sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term strategic client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating business objectives into scalable Adobe-led solutions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to design cohesive client engagement strategies.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Adobe sales, with a deep understanding of the Adobe Product suite.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
