Title: SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant
Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid) 3 Day a week
Duration: 6+ months (Long term project)

Job Description

10 15 years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Functional Consulting experience.
Strong expertise in SAP PM configuration, including Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists, Work Centers, Notifications, and Maintenance Orders.
Hands-on experience with Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Refurbishment, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA PM, including at least 2 3 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO modules.
Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, user training, and production support.
Exposure to SAP Fiori for Plant Maintenance, SAP Asset Manager, Work Manager, or Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) is preferred.
Experience with data migration, functional specifications, and incident/change management.
Oil & Gas industry experience and SAP PM/EAM certification are highly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor junior consultants.
