Summary

Key Responsibilities
Own Quality Assurance activities within an embedded Agile delivery team
Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and fellow QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain automated testing frameworks and solutions
Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, or similar automation technologies
Coordinate testing efforts with multiple QA engineers supporting the broader project initiative
Validate application functionality, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, requirements reviews, and delivery discussions
Identify, document, track, and manage software defects through resolution
Manage testing activities and defect tracking using Jira, Zephyr, or similar tools
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
Establish and promote QA automation standards, best practices, and testing strategies
Communicate testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues to project stakeholders
Leverage AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve efficiency and productivity where appropriate
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across testing and automation practices

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
ISTQB Certified Tester
Certified Agile Tester
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Microsoft Azure Certification
AWS Cloud Certification
