Location: Arizona (100% onsite)

Role Summary

Seeking a strong SAP ABAP Consultant with deep functional exposure to MM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The consultant will support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and performance optimization across procurement, inventory, and vendor management processes in an S/4HANA landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ABAP solutions supporting MM and P2P business processes
• Work closely with MM functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Develop and enhance:
• Reports (ALV, CDS-based)
• Interfaces (IDoc, OData, APIs)
• Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements Framework)
• Forms (Adobe / SmartForms)
• Support Procure-to-Pay lifecycle including:
• Purchase Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Goods Receipt
• Invoice Verification (MIRO)
• Vendor Master enhancements
• Debug and optimize standard SAP MM/P2P programs
• Support integrations with third-party systems (vendors, logistics, finance, tax, middleware)
• Participate in S/4HANA optimizations, performance tuning, and remediation
• Follow SAP development standards, documentation, and transport management best practices

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP (10+ years)
• Solid functional understanding of SAP MM and P2P processes
• Experience with:
• ABAP OO
• IDocs (INVOIC, ORDERS, MATMAS, etc.)
• BAPIs, RFCs
• OData services
• Experience working in S/4HANA environments
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills across MM/P2P scenarios
• Ability to work in onsite, fast-paced manufacturing or automotive environments
