Job Title: Architect Premium III / AI Solution Architect
Location: Washington, DC (4 days onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with 15+ years of expertise in designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade platforms across Artificial Intelligence, search, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and a proven ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale GenAI platforms, including end-to-end architecture for LLM-based solutions
Architect and govern RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector search systems, embeddings, and agent-based workflows across cloud platforms
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and AI agent frameworks for real-world enterprise use cases
Design and build high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems supporting batch and real-time (streaming) data processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions
Drive architecture decisions for cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Establish best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML and GenAI implementations
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agents
Hands-on experience with distributed systems design and large-scale data processing (batch + streaming)
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and modern data architectures
Experience with search technologies and scalable indexing/query systems
Solid programming background (Python, Java, or similar)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building production-grade AI/ML platforms at enterprise scale
Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and model lifecycle management
Prior experience in AI-driven search or recommendation systems
