Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting functions
- Partner with operational leadership to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support capital planning, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and reporting requirements
- Develop actionable financial insights for executive leadership
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams
- Drive process improvement and financial transparency initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
- 6+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Multi-entity or multi-unit operational finance experience required
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting expertise
- Experience leading finance teams within complex organizations
- Exceptional communication and executive partnership abilities
