Multilingual Content Reviewer/Language Operations Specialist (Japanese, German)

Linguistic Background

• Candidates must have a strong linguistic background relevant to the target language.
• Prior experience in language annotation, labeling, localization, translation, transcription, or linguistic quality analysis is preferred.

Language Proficiency

• Native-level fluency with no restrictions in reading, writing, speaking, or understanding the language.
• Ability to identify subtle grammar, phrasing, contextual, and pronunciation issues in both text and audio content.
• Must actively use the language in daily communication.
• Strong familiarity with the social, cultural, and professional environment of the respective country and language community.

Technical & Educational Proficiency

• Basic technical background with familiarity in using tools such as MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions related to labeling and annotation tools.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tables, and structured data entry tasks.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical guidelines and labeling processes.
• Familiarity with basic software and hardware terminology (e.g., Outlook, CSV files, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to identify patterns, relationships, and correlations within data.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge is preferred.

• Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience or demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks with a structured and analytical approach will also be considered.
• Candidates should possess a foundational scientific and problem-solving mindset.
