IT Infrastructure Consultant – Security & Audit

Requirements

• 10–12 years of enterprise infrastructure experience in a large, regulated environment (banking or financial services preferred).
• 3+ years remediating security, ISG or audit findings and preparing audit evidence.
• Hands-on server, network and endpoint security operations experience.
• Working knowledge of NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, PCI-DSS, SOX ITand ISO 27001.
• ITIL-aligned problem, incident, escalation and change management.
• Strong documentation, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Technical Skills

• Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, RHEL, VMware vSphere, Azure (working knowledge)
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, SD-WAN, VPN, F5
• Network security: Firewall rule reviews, segmentation, IDS/IPS, web and email gateways, NAC
• Information security: Tenable/Qualys, CIS hardening, WSSCCM/Ivanti, SIEM log onboarding
• Endpoint security: SentinelOne, anti-malware, Tripwire, device control, disk encryption, DLP
• Zero Trust: MFA and conditional access (Entra ID), least privilege, CyberArk PAM, device posture, micro-segmentation, ZTNA
• Resilience: Backup, DR and BCP testing

Preferred Certifications

CISSP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or CCNA/CCNP Security; ITIL 4 Foundation
