This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into actionable insights through effective data visualization and reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and reports.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis.

• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report creation.

• Strong expertise in Java.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

• Experience with SQL and data querying techniques.

• Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

• Experience in Agile project management methodologies.

• Understanding of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7 -10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
