We are working with a client to identify a ServiceNow FSM Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern Field Service Management solutions. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performing FSM architectures that support complex field operations and enterprise integrations.

  Own solution architecture for ServiceNow FSM implementations

  
  


• 
  

  Design workflows, data models, mobile experiences, and integrations

  
  


• 
  

  Lead technical discovery and translate field service needs into platform solutions

  Provide architectural governance and ensure ServiceNow best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with delivery teams through build, testing, and deployment

  
  


• 
  

  Support integrations with ERP, CRM, asset, and mapping systems

• 
  

  8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow FSM experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of field service operations and mobile workforce enablement

  Experience with Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, and IntegrationHub

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to guide technical decisions and communicate with stakeholders
