Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modules and components.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in healthcare or state government.

• Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and governance.

• Vendor coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management.

• Experience managing project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Idaho state agency experience.

• State Medicaid / MMIS implementation experience.

• Change management, training, and rollout communications.

• Legacy system conversion and data migration.

• EDW, data aggregation, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation from planning through go-live and certification.

• Manage master schedules, risks, dependencies, vendors, and state teams.

• Coordinate testing, data conversion, implementation readiness, and deliverables.

• Provide status updates to management, department executives, and stakeholders.
