Summary

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and drive delivery across healthcare applications. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation, requirements management, and Salesforce OmniStudio expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and analyze stakeholder business needs using JAD sessions, requirement elicitation sessions, and interviews
  • Create user stories, As-Is / To-Be documents and diagrams, and convert them into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create and maintain software development artifacts — context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, UI specifications, and NFR specifications
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs
  • Create test plans/cases, manage defects with development teams, and work with users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle — Requirements Management Plan, traceability, baselines, and change control

Required Qualifications:

  • 84+ months business analysis experience (JAD, elicitation, user stories, As-Is/To-Be, functional & non-functional requirements)
  • 84+ months creating SD artifacts (context diagrams, use cases, swim lane, report specs, wireframes, UI specs, NFR specs)
  • 84+ months facilitating workshops, JAD sessions, structured walkthroughs
  • 72+ months test plans/cases, defect management, UAT
  • 72+ months Requirements Management Lifecycle (RMP, traceability, baselines, change control)
  • 36+ months healthcare applications (patient records, billing/finance, HR)
  • 24+ months Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst / Administrator / Developer
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
