Job Title: Senior Specialist - Qlik Replicate with Snowflake

Location: Palm Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 10 years of experience in Qlik Replicate within Replication Snowflake environments to design, implement, and optimize data replication solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain robust data replication processes using Qlik Replicate.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of data replication pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data replication requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot replication tasks to maintain data consistency and integrity.
Implement best practices and stay updated with the latest advancements in Qlik Replicate and Snowflake replication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Qlik Replicate projects aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical replication solutions.
Optimize replication workflows for efficiency, scalability, and minimal latency.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
Conduct regular performance tuning, health checks, and audits of replication environments.
Document replication architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data replication strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Qlik Replicate and Snowflake replication environments.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data replication solutions.
Strong understanding of data replication architecture, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Experience documenting technical architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
