We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Support Engineer for an onsite contract role in Malden, MA. The candidate will provide deskside and field support across multiple locations, handling hardware/software troubleshooting, device setup, and end-user support. This role requires strong experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure/Intune, and ServiceNow. Candidates must have their own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursed) and be available for on-call support as needed. Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking are required.
