Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH

15+ years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.
Professional experience with at least one of the following:
- Oracle CCS (Customer Cloud Service - customer care, service order, metering and billing).
- Oracle Operations and field service platforms (WACS / OFS)
Deep experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
