Title : PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Requirement is for a strong Peoplesoft Finance Functional/Techno-functional resource with good hands-on experience on FSCM implementation/Upgrades/migrations

Day to Day job Duties:

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
• Document requirements in functional specifications for development teams.

• Configure PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Financials, etc.) based on business needs.
• Maintain setup tables, security roles, and workflow configurations.
• Test configurations to ensure compliance with business rules.
• Prepare test scripts for unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Execute functional testing and validate results against requirements.
• Coordinate with QA teams and resolve defects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by end-users.
• Analyze root causes and provide solutions or workarounds.
• Liaise with technical teams for complex issues involving customizations or integrations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience across PeopleSoft Financials
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable: 5-8 years
• Asset Management, Purchasing: 3 5 years
• Lease Management, Bank Recon: 3-5 years
• Integration with third-party systems: 2 3 years
• Technical experience in SQLs, nVisions, Integration Broker: 2 3 years
