A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Cloud Governance Observability Analyst.
 
Position type: Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Chandler, AZ
 
As a Cloud Governance Observability Analyst, you are required to :
• Support the buildout and continuous enhancement of the Cloud Governance observability capability by developing metrics, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
• Create and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into Cloud Governance performance, including use case processing, cycle times, throughput, operational KPIs, and control outcomes.
• Leverage metrics, logs, events, and other observability data sources to analyze governance processes, system behavior, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner closely with Cloud Governance, Engineering, PMO, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful reporting and analytics that support governance and transformation initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI and reporting tools to drive data-driven decision-making and improve transparency.
• Gather, cleanse, integrate, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable reporting.
• Support the definition, measurement, and tracking of governance performance metrics, operational KPIs, and cloud policy adherence indicators.
• Act as a control function by ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency, and alignment with governance standards and reporting requirements.
• Identify reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and operational risks, providing recommendations to improve governance visibility and effectiveness.
• Support compliance monitoring by providing insights into Cloud Governance controls, workflows, policy adherence, and governance outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources and promote informed decision-making across technical and business functions.
• Develop and support automated reporting solutions, analytics capabilities, and data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of observability standards, reporting frameworks, governance metrics, and best practices.
• Support governance forums, transformation programs, and management reviews by preparing reporting packs, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business leaders, management, and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities while meeting defined reporting requirements and timelines.
• Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process and governance improvements.
• Support proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and analytical initiatives aimed at validating observability requirements and enhancing governance capabilities.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
• Provide a key communication channel between Cloud Governance, Engineering, PMO, and business stakeholders to support governance transparency and transformation execution.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $74 - $77 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
