Title: Salesforce QA Lead

Location: Madison, WI(Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

Seeking hands-on Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality across Salesforce releases with a strong focus on Copado-based automation. You will lead test strategy, own regression quality, and partner with admins, developers, and product teams to deliver reliable Salesforce experience.

What You ll Do:

• Hands-on automating Salesforce application UI using Copado.
• Lead end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
• Create/maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability to requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom objects).
• Test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components.
• Perform API/integration testing (REST/SOAP) and cross-system data validation.
• Lead defect triage and resolution tracking using JIRA/TestRail/ALM.
• Support release validation and post-production smoke checks.
• Partner in Agile ceremonies and release planning.

Automation Focus:

• Design and maintain automation using Copado, Selenium/Provar/TestNG as applicable.
• Automate Salesforce Lightning regression suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Track and report automation coverage and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Experience automating SF application UI using Copado.
• Leadership readiness to serve as the primary QA point of contact (prior lead experience preferred; strong senior candidates with ownership and mentoring mindset welcomed).

Preferred:

• Salesforce certs (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)
• CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)
