Role: Senior Data Modeler (Mortgage/MISMO)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Modeler with 8+ years of experience to design and maintain enterprise data platforms within the Mortgage industry. This role focuses on building scalable conceptual, logical, and physical models specifically optimized for Snowflake environments, ensuring alignment with MISMO standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Enterprise Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
* Snowflake Optimization: Build and optimize dimensional models (Star/Snowflake schema) specifically for Snowflake Data Warehouse environments.
* Semi-Structured Data: Handle JSON ingestion, parsing, and transformation within the data pipeline.
* SQL Development: Write complex, optimized SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and performance tuning.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners and Data Engineers to translate mortgage business requirements into technical data structures.
* Governance & Lineage: Maintain rigorous documentation, data lineage, and metadata management for all enterprise datasets.
Required Qualifications
* 8+ Years of experience in Data Modeling and Database Design.
* Domain Expertise: MUST HAVE experience in the Mortgage Domain or with MISMO (Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization) standards.
* Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Snowflake and SQL.
* Data Structures: Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and handling JSON/Semi-structured data.
* Communication: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Owners.
