Summary
Job Title: Business Analyst (Finance)
Location: St. Louis, MO
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite)
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Define financial metrics, formulas, business rules, and data sources.
- Validate financial data and reports using SQL.
- Lead UAT with business users and obtain sign-off.
- Collaborate with data, AI, and offshore engineering teams.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience in Financial Services.
- Experience in Wealth Management, RIA, or Broker-Dealer environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of Revenue, Cost, Margin, EBITDA, AUM, Fees, and Advisor Compensation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience.
- Must be US-based and available during US business hours with some India overlap.
Preferred: Snowflake, Power BI, LookML, dbt Metrics, GenAI/LLM analytics.
