Description:
 
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain servers, virtual machines, networks, storage, and firewalls. The role involves supporting Managed File Transfer (MFT) and SFTP environments, monitoring system performance, automating processes, and troubleshooting technical issues.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Configure and maintain infrastructure systems using VMware, Windows, UNIX, Progress, Connect, and Check Point.
  • Perform system updates, patching, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • Follow change management, testing, and incident response procedures.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
  • Assist with project planning, risk assessments, disaster recovery, and audits.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and provide excellent customer support.
  • Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed.
