About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant (HR ServiceNow) to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Employee Service Center (HR Portal), HR stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, ServiceNow along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant (BPC) with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to support the design and implementation of HR digital transformation initiatives.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to gather business requirements, analyze HR processes, and translate them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for the ServiceNow HR Portal (Employee Service Center).
- The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and ServiceNow developers to deliver scalable and user-centric HR solutions.
- Strong experience writing Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Experience with the Employee Service Center (HR Portal), HR Case Management, HR Catalog Items, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle events, leave management, and HR case management.
