Title: Hospitality Access Control & PMS Support Engineer

Remote

Domain knowledge of hospitality industry.
Good understanding of Property Management System (PMS).
Good understanding of installation of lock servers and gateways (added advantage with experience of Onity/Saflok/Ving).
how the key encoders work and are configured with the lock system.
A good knowledge of how to troubleshoot serial and IP based cable runs.
Troubleshooting key lock interfaces using the electronic lock logs and a knowledge of the various errors that might come up when making keys.
An understanding of parking interfaces and how they work with the lock interfaces. Excellent coordination and communication skill
ITILV4 certification.
