Summary

• Plan, design, and execute data migration strategies using the Syniti Knowledge Platform (formerly Information Steward / ADM) for complex enterprise programs.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities to ensure data quality and business readiness.
• Develop and manage migration objects, mappings, transformation rules, and load programs within the Syniti toolset.
• Collaborate closely with functional leads (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.) to understand source-to-target data mapping requirements and business rules.
• Conduct multiple mock migration cycles, reconciliation, and cutover planning in coordination with project teams.
• Leverage ADMM (Advanced Data Migration and Management) methodology and best practices to deliver migration activities on time and with minimal defects.
• Work with business stakeholders to establish data governance standards and data ownership for migrated data.
• Create and maintain comprehensive migration documentation including strategy documents, mapping specifications, test scripts, and cutover runbooks.
• Provide functional insights to bridge the gap between technical migration execution and business process alignment.
• Support post-migration validation, defect triage, and hypercare activities.
