Duration: 12 Months Contract
Description
Configure ORC components: job application flows, candidate journeys, questionnaires, requisition templates, offer letters, interview scheduling, and career site.
- Maintain recruiting content libraries, talent pools, requisition approvals, and posting rules.
- Align ORC with Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Onboarding, and position/req management.
- Design security roles and processes.
- Manage integrations for background checks, assessments, job boards, career site SSO, and vendor connections.
- Build E2E test scripts and manage quarterly updates.
- Develop OTBI/BIP recruiting dashboards.
- Provide L3 support and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and config logs.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM with 2–5+ years focused on ORC.
- Hands on expertise in req templates, application flows, career site config, questionnaires, offers, and approvals.
- Strong BA skills: process mapping, requirements, UAT management.
- Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and HCM Experience Design Studio.
- Familiarity with SSO/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and vendor integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud HCM – Recruiting certifications.
- Experience with rollouts and career site optimization.
- Knowledge of data privacy and EEO/OFCCP considerations.
