Requisitions:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, mitigating blockers, and collaborating with Product Owners to execute sprints within Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks across their product portfolios.
- Run daily scrums (stand-ups), sprint planning, execution reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proactively unblock barriers and manage dependencies to keep delivery teams moving.
- Hands-on experience using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence), Clarity, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Preferred credentials include Scrum Alliance certifications (CSM, CSP) or PMI-ACP
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters to foster continuous improvement.
