Backend QA Tester (Healthcare – Data Focus) - Must have strong data and Tableau reporting testing experience.

We are seeking a Backend QA Tester with strong health plan/payer experience to support data validation efforts as part of a migration from Facets to HealthRules Payor (HealthEdge HRP).

Key Responsibilities

Perform backend and data testing, ensuring accuracy and integrity of healthcare data
Validate data migrations and transformations (Facets → HRP)
Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
Test and validate APIs and backend integrations
Validate reporting outputs in Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy
Work closely with data, development, and business teams in an Agile environment

Required Skills

5+ years of QA experience (backend/data-focused)
Strong experience in health plan/payer systems
Hands-on with HealthEdge (HRP preferred)
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, etc.)
Reporting validation experience (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)

Nice to Have

Experience with Facets to HealthEdge migration
ETL/data warehousing knowledge
