Position: Salesforce Agentforce Engineer

Job Description:
Seeking experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineers to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered customer and employee support solutions on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud, AI automation, and enterprise CRM implementations.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and Salesforce teams to deliver intelligent digital assistants that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions to automate customer and employee service interactions.
Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to support AI-driven case management and self-service experiences.
Build and configure AI agents, prompts, actions, and orchestration using Salesforce Agentforce.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, knowledge articles, workflows, and external enterprise applications.
Configure Salesforce Trust Layer, security, and data grounding to ensure secure and compliant AI interactions.
Develop scalable automation using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Platform Events where appropriate.
Participate in solution design workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, deployment, and production support.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and Agile delivery methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered customer service solutions.
Strong expertise in:
Salesforce Service Cloud
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flows
REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
Experience integrating enterprise CRM systems and third-party applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and the Salesforce Trust Layer.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce AI Specialist Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II.
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
Experience with Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, and Agentforce Studio.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives.
