We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS SCM solutions, working closely with business users and technical teams to deliver effective supply chain processes.
Role: Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS SCM modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend system solutions.
  • Configure and support modules such as:
    • Inventory (INV)
    • Purchasing (PO)
    • Order Management (OM)
    • Advanced Pricing
    • Shipping Execution
    • Bills of Material (BOM)
    • Work in Process (WIP) (optional based on project)
  • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycles.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) for customizations and integrations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Assist in data migration, system integration, and go-live activities.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules (PO, INV, OM).
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2 implementations or support projects.
  • Knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles.
  • Experience preparing functional documentation and test cases.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Finance and Manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
  • Knowledge of integration with Finance modules.
  • Exposure to Oracle Workflow and Approval Management Engine (AME).
Nice to Have
  • Basic understanding of SQL / PL-SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP).
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM.
