  • 8-10 years hands-on C#/.NET experience
  • Strong.NET Framework experience, not just modern .NET
  • Strong WPF/XAML and/or WinForms desktop development
  • Strong SQL Server/T-SQL
  • Stored procedures
  • Views/functions
  • Query/debugging
  • Data troubleshooting
  • Experience troubleshooting legacy production applications
  • Ability to trace a defect UI → C# → business logic → SQL/database
  • Strong debugging/root-cause-analysis skills
  • Experience modifying existing applications safely, not just greenfield development
  • REST/API and system-integration experience
  • Git / Visual Studio / Azure DevOps
  • Unit and regression testing
