Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple
concurrent projects and strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones,
deliverables, and resource plans
Establish project governance structures and ensure adherence to organizational
standards and best practices
Drive project execution through effective coordination of cross-functional teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality
expectations
Manage project lifecycle activities from initiation through closure
Facilitate project reviews, stage-gate approvals, and executive reporting
activities
Stakeholder & Executive Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business
stakeholders, and delivery teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and
escalations
Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates, presentations, and project
reports
Lead stakeholder meetings and decision-making sessions
Align business objectives, priorities, and project outcomes across multiple
stakeholder groups
Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed throughout the project
lifecycle
Project Planning & Governance
Develop detailed project charters, project management plans, schedules, and
delivery roadmaps
Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and measurable outcomes
Establish project controls and governance processes to ensure consistent
execution
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
and regulatory requirements where applicable
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and
dependencies
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize delivery
impacts
Escalate critical risks and issues appropriately while driving resolution
Conduct ongoing project health assessments and risk reviews
Ensure dependencies across teams and external partners are effectively
coordinated
Financial & Resource Management
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking activities
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Support business case development and investment planning activities
Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across project teams
Optimize resource utilization while balancing competing organizational priorities
Vendor & Third-Party Management
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers
Coordinate vendor deliverables and ensure contractual commitments are met
Monitor vendor performance and address delivery concerns proactively
Facilitate alignment between internal teams and third-party partners
Support vendor selection, onboarding, and project engagement activities as
required
Communication & Reporting
Create and maintain project dashboards, status reports, executive summaries,
and performance metrics
Ensure transparent communication of project progress, risks, milestones, and
decisions
Present project updates to leadership and governance committees
Drive accountability through clear communication of actions, ownership, and
deadlines
Develop communication plans that support stakeholder engagement and
project success
Leadership & Strategic Support
Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
Provide project management expertise and guidance to business and functional
teams
Support prioritization and portfolio planning discussions
Drive alignment between project objectives and broader business strategies
Mentor junior project coordinators and project managers where applicable
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, workflows, tools,
and standards
Promote consistent project management methodologies and governance
practices
Develop and maintain templates, reporting mechanisms, and project
management artifacts
Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across
projects
Contribute to maturity and optimization of project management capabilities
within the organization
