Lead Quality Engineer - Angular - Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH / Dallas, TX
We have an opportunity for a Lead Quality Engineer to lead testing for an enterprise Angular component library and design system. Strong experience with Angular application testing, automated testing frameworks, accessibility validation, and QA leadership is required.
The role includes defining the quality strategy, testing standards, quality gates, and release criteria. You will lead component, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing while validating responsive behavior, browser compatibility, component configurations, and performance.
You will oversee WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation, focus management, semantic markup, and screen reader compatibility. Responsibilities also include defect triage, test documentation, release-readiness reporting, and collaboration with developers, UX designers, architects, and product teams. Experience with enterprise design systems, CI/CD quality gates, and tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Axe, or BrowserStack is valuable.
This position is onsite 3 days a week for candidates residing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Ohio; or Dallas, Texas.
