Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in BILL Spend & Expense (Divvy) implementations and finance system integrations. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution configuration, ERP integrations, testing and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of BILL Spend & Expense (Divvy) solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure and customize Divvy/BILL Spend & Expense platform based on client needs
- Work closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to optimize expense management processes
- Integrate BILL Spend & Expense with ERP and financial systems
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Provide functional guidance, best practices, and client support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with technical teams and business users to ensure successful delivery
Required Skills:
- Strong functional consulting experience with finance and expense management tools
- Hands-on experience with BILL Spend & Expense (Divvy)
- Experience with ERP and finance system integrations
- Strong understanding of expense management and financial workflows
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading implementation and configuration activities
