Gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements across General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and end to end ERP process flows .
Partner with solution architects and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
Support ERP data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
Develop and execute ERP test scenarios for SIT, UAT, and regression testing; coordinate defect resolution.
Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communications, training materials, and user readiness.
Provide go live and hyper care support to ensure successful adoption.
Serve as a functional point of contact for post go live ERP support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Assess and support testing for Oracle Fusion ERP quarterly updates and new functionality.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of ERP processes and configurations.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in large-scale enterprise system implementations.
Demonstrable experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) implementations is highly desirable.
Prior experience with JDE/JDA systems and understanding of their functionalities is a significant advantage.
Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization.

Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of enterprise finance processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
Familiarity with system integration concepts (APIs, web services, ETL).
Proficiency in creating process flows, data models, and use case diagrams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
