Job Description:

A Guidewire Product Owner (Property/Dwelling LOB) is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, backlog, and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter (and related modules) for property insurance products such as dwelling, homeowners, or commercial property.

  • Define and manage product vision for property/dwelling insurance solutions
  • Align roadmap with business goals, market needs, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive product enhancements for policy administration and underwriting workflows
  • Own and prioritize product backlog (features, user stories, defects)
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria for Guidewire implementations
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies:
    • Sprint planning
    • Backlog grooming
    • Reviews and retrospectives
