Genesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Analyst III for a contract position with our client located in Menasha, WI. This role delivers a broad range of modern technology solutions while implementing best practices for key stakeholders. Main responsibilities include software development, product releases, engineering tasks, and the execution of medium to large technical or business improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will lead and contribute to software development projects, providing support to business partners, project managers, and scrum masters.
Responsibilities: - Be the catalyst that enables platforms and technologies to deliver customer outcomes that support sustainability and resiliency
- Develop solutions within specific SaaS applications such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
- Plan, test, and develop cloud applications and infrastructure
- Develop and monitor core application KPIs to drive continuous improvement in customer experiences
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Design, develop, and support web, IoT, and mobile application types using multiple technology stacks
- Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and contractors
- Ensure that application development, integrations, and DevSecOps best practices are adhered to
- Maintain a focus on UI/UX in conjunction with the business and other stakeholders
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- 3+ years of direct work experience in a development, analyst, or project management capacity
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Previous experience creating CI/CD pipelines and test automation
- Experience in Javascript web application frameworks (e.g. React, Vue)
- Demonstrated expertise developing, deploying, and monitoring software in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform utilizing SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and Serverless compute models
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, HELM, or other container platforms
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Desired skills: - Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow
- Machine learning and artificial intelligence experience
