Job Title: Lead Tririga Engineer Location:Beaverton, Oregon {Remote} Duration: Contract

8+ years of hands-on IBM TRIRIGA experience, operating at a lead or senior technical level.
Expert-level experience with the Lease module.
Demonstrated leadership supporting heavily customized TRIRIGA environments at large corporations.
Proven experience leading or executing TRIRIGA upgrades in complex, customized landscapes.
Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of TRIRIGA data models.
Experience working with financially critical or regulated systems.
Ability to operate independently, set technical direction, and ramp up quickly in a remote contract role.

Preferred
Experience with Space Planning and/or Capital Projects modules.
Prior ownership of TRIRIGA in a global real estate or enterprise workplace portfolio.
Experience acting as the primary TRIRIGA technical point of contact for business stakeholders.
Comfort working across distributed teams and vendor ecosystems.
