Position Overview

The Software Developer 2 will research, design, implement, and manage software programs while supporting and optimizing the IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application to align with evolving agency requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
• Test and evaluate new programs.
• Work closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
• Provide development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application.
• Create and define or redefine dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements.
• Develop processes that are streamlined with the data model and enhance performance.
• Support the upgrade of IBM Tririga application by upgrading environments, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades.
• Develop, modify, and support report writing with BIRT.
• Modify existing Tririga components to improve agency processes, maintenance, and system efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years required experience as a Facilities Manager.
• 5 years required experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract.
• 4 years required experience in Tririga Projects Version 10.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years preferred experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager.
• 3 years preferred experience as a Real Estate Manager.
