Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Backend Technical Architect with strong experience in system design, technical leadership, and delivery of scalable distributed systems. This role involves owning end-to-end architecture, driving technical decisions, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience (3+ in architecture) with deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, AWS, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
Strong experience in performance optimization, DynamoDB, event-driven systems, and resilience patterns is required.
You will lead architecture design, mentor teams, define best practices, provide effort estimates, and resolve complex production issues.
Familiarity with observability tools, CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure as code is preferred
