Job Title: Sr. Product Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN - 3 days/week on-site
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: $61-65/hr, negotiable based on experience

In this contingent resource assignment, the consultant will serve as an expert supporting highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. Responsibilities include contributing to strategy development, guiding the resolution of unique and multifaceted challenges, and delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that require creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive reasoning. The consultant will provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Product Management solutions and strategically engage with client personnel across multiple functional areas.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Consult as a product expert to influence initiatives and resources for highly complex product and technical needs
Lead and collaborate with technical scrum teams, including managing two scrum teams for a short overlapping period
Evaluate and address complex challenges across multiple product domains, delivering long-term, scalable solutions
Provide guidance to senior leadership on innovative Product Management strategies
Support initiatives in financial services marketing, promotional offer management, and offer strategies
Contribute to efforts involving data center migrations, microservices/data service products, and middleware management
Leverage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and change management methodologies to support product lifecycle execution
