Mulesoft operation lead

MuleSoft Platform Operations

• Lead day-to-day operations and support of MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
• Monitor MuleSoft applications, runtimes, APIs, queues, and integration workflows.

Incident & Problem Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for MuleSoft production support activities.
• Manage Sev1, Sev2, and Sev3 incidents and coordinate resolution efforts.

API & Integration Support

• Support REST, SOAP, batch, and event-driven integrations.
• Monitor API performance, usage metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage API gateways, security policies, and access controls.

Platform Administration

• Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components including:
• API Manager
• Runtime Manager
• Exchange
• CloudHub
• Anypoint Monitoring
• Anypoint MQ

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of MuleSoft platform support and operations.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting CloudHub and on-premise Mule runtimes.
• Experience with API management, monitoring, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with incident management and ITIL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification.
• Experience supporting utility, energy, or regulated industry environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
