Engineer SupervisorAs the
Engineer Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's maintenance department, ensuring all systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. You'll lead a team of engineers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and respond quickly to guest or operational issues. Your role is key to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- You will be the key to our hotel's efficient operations, managing and leading our engineering and maintenance team.
- Your daily tasks will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
- You will report to the Chief Engineer.
- Starting as an engineering supervisor can lead to a variety of opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as chief engineer, facilities manager, or even a regional engineering director.
Education & ExperienceHotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- A combination of education and experience

- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required-with or without reasonable accommodations
