Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20.59hr - $25.59hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Insurance industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation of assigned accounts into core platforms and complimentary systems.
- Develop account structures and billing setups to align with documented account requirements.
- Coordinate structure revisions and research/resolve setup and structure issues.
- Manage databases and related administrative documents.
- Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.
- Research errors by comparing account management documentation against multiple internal systems.
- Reconcile reports and group setup discrepancies.
- Analyze transactional data and retroactive eligibility changes.
- Update internal databases to maintain tracking information.
- Monitor daily reports for inventory control.
