Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Support mechanical design, CAD, drawings, and product development.
Develop and improve manufacturing and production processes.
Troubleshoot quality, design, and manufacturing issues.
Support new product launches, tooling, fixtures, and process validation.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, cycle time, and cost.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing/process engineering, and quality engineering.
Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
Experience with root cause analysis, Lean, and continuous improvement.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

Hands-on, on-site position within a manufacturing environment.
Regular interaction with production equipment and manufacturing processes.
Must be comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
