Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, and documentation best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with advanced project management software such as Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
