Summary

Required Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience designing, developing, administering, and supporting Business Intelligence platforms.
Strong hands-on experience administering IBM Cognos Analytics.
Experience with Cognos v11 upgrades and migrations.
Experience with system performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and environment management.
Knowledge of security administration, software deployments, and BI platform governance.
Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments within Data Warehouse and Operational Data Store ecosystems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Power BI Administration and/or Development experience.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise analytics environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
