Ideal Candidate Should Have

Strong Python and SQL skills

Experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines

Professional engineering standards in testing, observability, and reliability

Ability to develop guardrails for AI agents handling sensitive data

Role Overview

The role involves architecting and deploying conversational AI systems that transform client interactions. The engineer will have autonomy in making architectural decisions and will own outcomes. They will collaborate with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure the systems meet high standards of reliability and security. Agentic workflows and prompt engineering are key components of this role.
